What people ask first.
Is this a VA agency?
No. A VA agency places a person and steps back. Molave trains staff for a defined role, manages them, checks their work every week and replaces them from a trained bench if the fit isn’t right.
Who manages the staff?
We do. Day-to-day management, QA and coaching are handled by our team, and you get a weekly report on hours and work done.
Can they work our hours?
Yes. Staff work your business hours, which is a night shift in the Philippines. That’s normal in the Filipino outsourcing industry.
How do you charge?
Monthly per person for dedicated staff and pods, or hourly for smaller or part-time needs. There’s no upfront recruiting fee. SOP creation and pre-start training are priced separately if you need them.
What if someone isn’t a good fit?
Tell us. We’ll try a structured correction first, and if the fit still isn’t right, we replace them from our trained bench.
Can we start with one person?
Yes. Most clients start with one role and add people or move to a pod once it’s working.
